• Sara Daleiden

    Sara Daleiden facilitates civic engagement in developing landscapes and exercises cultural exchange strategies based in over two decades of experience. She consults on strategy, facilitation, and practice for networks, organizations, projects and individual leaders, as well as real estate development and economic development. Sara focuses on cross-sector partnerships, and her clients and collaborators include government bodies, nonprofits and for profits. She holds a Masters of Public Art Studies from University of Southern California (USC) and has taught at USC, Otis College of Art and Design and Woodbury University.

  • Ron Milam

    Ron Milam works to transform the Pacific Coast into a sustainable region through leadership and organization development for collaborative change initiatives. Since 2005, Ron has served over 150 clients as an organization and network development practitioner. He currently directs Smart Growth California, an initiative of The Funders Network. Prior to that, he served as founding Executive Director of the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition. Ron holds a Masters of Organization Development program from Pepperdine University.

  • Russell Horning

    Russell Horning facilitates and implements strategies for shared economic prosperity, community equity, democratic participation, ecological resilience, affordable housing, and policy accountability. He builds on over two decades’ experience in land development, economic and workforce development, research analysis, and process management for projects, programs, policies, initiatives, and political campaigns. He holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning focused on Regional and International Economic Development from the University of California, Los Angeles.
